See All Data in a Table

Adjust the width of a table

  • Place your cursor over the table's right border.
  • When the cursor turns into a right-facing arrow, click and drag the border left or right.

Adjust the height of a table

  • Place your cursor over the table's bottom border.
  • When the cursor turns into a down-facing arrow, click and drag the border up or down.

Adjust the width of a column in a table

  • Place your cursor over a column's right border.
  • When the cursor turns into a double-pointed arrow, click and drag the border left or right.

Show data 

Note: These instructions are specific to nested tables

  • Click on the plus sign in a row to expand the data in the right side of the table of that row.
  • Click on the plus sign in the header row to expand the data in all rows.

Hide data

Note: These instructions are specific to nested tables

  • Click on the minus sign in a row to collapse the data in the right side of the table of that row.
  • Click on the minus sign in the header row to collapse the data in all rows.

Select data

  • Click a row on the left side of the table to highlight all of the data for that row in the right side of the table and in the graph.
