Unable to share data

Despite following instructions – I’m getting an error when trying to share data. See attached file for screenshot

Hello,

I confess I haven’t seen that error before. Questions:

1. Are you able to share other documents; e.g. one of the example documents?
2. Is there anything noteworthy about the document you are unable to share; e.g. does it contain a very large amount of data, images or plugins?
3. What do you see in your browser’s console that might provide a clue?

Sorry you’re having the problem. Hopefully we can clear it up with your help.
