    Hello,
I am Jiyeon, a mathematics teacher from South Korea.
I have published a book titled <em style=”font-weight: inherit;”>Statistics Lessons Using CODAP in South Korea and am a great admirer of this program.
Recently, the mathematics curriculum in our country has been revised.
To support teachers in implementing the curriculum in the classroom, I am participating in a national research project to develop and distribute performance assessment items that can be used during lessons.
This research is not for private purposes but aims to support teachers in South Korea for the public good.
I am planning to utilize CODAP in these assessment items and would like to inquire if there are any copyright issues associated with this usage.

    thank you.

    HI Jiyeon,

You are welcome to and encouraged to use CODAP as part of your assessment items. We ask that where you embed CODAP you acknowledge CODAP and provide a link back to our main site. So, that would look like this: CODAP software created by the Concord Consortium. https://codap.concord.org

Note, if you are creating your own CODAP documents from scratch that acknowledgement is all you need. However, if you want to use any existing data from example documents that we provide, please contact us before doing so.
