After clicking either link they see the “CODAP” popup and that something is buffering, but the data tables and maps do not load—the CODAP popup/logo remains indefinitely. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/uwPHZGC
Multiple teachers are experiencing the same issue/behavior.
Customer is using Chrome on a PC, but customer does not know exact versions.
Customer claims this worked for them last school year.
It’s difficult to say what may be going on. The link works for me, also on Chrome. The screenshot is helpful, but I am interested in what may be a little outside this view. In particular, there is a green bar at the top of the CODAP page. Do you know if it had anything in it, or was it a blank green bar? It normally looks something like this:
I’ll ask the customer about the green bar and see if they can send me a screenshot of it.
Bandwidth was one of my thoughts, and I had the customer let the page sit (and hopefully load), but this did not resolve the issue. Each link above seems to be only ~ 10MB of resources/content, which is very reasonable. This was not a situation where a large class of students were all access the same resource–just one teacher.
These links worked for me in multiple browsers, each loading the document within a few seconds. One possibility might be that the school internet filter is now preventing some access to resources being loaded by CODAP. You mentioned that several teachers are reporting this issue. Are they all in the same school? Could be that whitelisting *.concord.org could fix the issue.
