When I choose “make a copy” from the menu at the upper left, what happens? Nothing changes on my screen…is there now a new document in the same place as the one of which I wanted to “make a copy”? If so, what is it called?

Your browser opens (or should open) a new tab with a copy of the original document. This may appear as if nothing changed if your browser tabs are not visible.

I tried it again and it did work – not sure why nothing happened last time, since my browser tabs were visible. Thanks!
