When I first heard about the indianapolis amtrak station, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but using it recently gave me a clear idea. The atmosphere inside is welcoming, with plenty of seating and well-maintained facilities. The staff were approachable and provided helpful answers about connections and timing. I also liked that the location puts you close to downtown, which is great if you need to fill time before departure. For me, the combination of convenience and comfort made the experience a positive one.
