Hi,

I’m trying to set up branching sampler devices. I can’t figure out the syntax for the branching. What I have tried seems to only take the first character in the condition. For example, in the attach screenshot, I’m trying to sent outcome = 1, 2 0r 3 from the first device to the top second device (a) and outcome = 4 0r 5 from the second device to the bottom second device (b). In the table, I’m only getting values for outcome 1 and 4 but not the rest.

Help, please!

Hello Fai,

Try the expression “< 4” for the top branch and “*” for the bottom branch as shown in the enclosed screenshot.

I’m not sure if you found a bug or not, but after looking at how the branch logic is processed the following  formulas I tested works:

“Number = 1 or Number = 2 or Number = 3” for the top branch and “*” for the bottom branch or

“Number > 0 and Number <4” for the top branch and “*” for the bottom branch.
