In the future will CODAP have the same capabilities to create residual plots as Fathom did? I see the benefits of having students create them on their own, however, it is not as feasbile when trying to explore multiple datasets in a short amount of time.
Thank you for this question. This might be the first time someone has explicitly requested that CODAP provide residual plots. This has surprised me since I found them so very interesting and useful in Fathom!
Your request certainly increases the feature’s priority. Generally we add features when requested by collaborators with funding. Perhaps you could nudge the ESTEEM team at NCSU since we’re currently in funded collaboration with them?
